This Tokubetsu Junmai sake is made with rice polished to 55% and brewed slowly at a low temperature with in-house yeast and water sourced from the Kagami River. The subtle aromatics and umami of the rice meld on the palate, resulting in well-balanced flavours and a crisp finish. Enjoy slightly chilled.
