Tatenokawa 3 Peaks is a limited quantity sake made with Dewasansan rice grown in Yamagata prefecture and polished to 33%. Rich ripe fruit aromas show sweet citrus fruit on the palate with an elegant and refreshing mouthfeel and just the right amount of umami. Serve chilled paired with sushi and sashimi.
