Part of Tatenokawa’s ‘Extreme Series’ this premium sake is brewed with Dewasansan rice, polished to an ultra-high 33%. Aromatically, this sake is quite fruit-forward, expressing notes of stone fruit and orchard fruit. The palate brings a sweet and sour note, with a distinct umami note and long, clean finish.
