Wakatake Onikoroshi Junmai Red Label Sake

The Junmai Red Label sake is brewed at the Omuraya Sake Brewery, established in 1832. It is dry and complex, using rice with a 60% polishing ratio. Subtle aromas and flavours reveal notes of creamy rice, melon and banana. The palate is well-balanced and smooth. Enjoy it warmed or chilled.
