Watanabe Snow White Shirayukihime Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Watanabe Shuzojo Brewery was founded in 1902. Asako Watanabe is a 4th generation toji and one of the few female brewers in Japan. Shirayukihime shows initial aromas of cucumber, melon, and pear, followed by honeysuckle and tea notes. It’s bittersweet on the palate with well-balanced flavours and acidity. Enjoy chilled.
