Yamada Nishiki Tokubetsu Junmai Sake

This Tokubetsu (meaning special) sake is made only with Yamada Nishiki rice, with a polishing ratio of 70%. The elegant aromas feature fruity notes of apple, melon, and banana, as well as sweet cotton candy and honey. The palate shows good fruit and acidity with a medium dry finish. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
