Yashio Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Yashio Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with Gohyakumangoku sake rice from Tottori Prefecture. It is elegant and fragrant with notes of white peach, melon and jasmine. The palate is smooth and dry, with delicate umami and a hint of pear. Balanced acidity leads to a clean, crisp finish. Best served slightly chilled in a wine glass.
