This delectable Junmai Daiginjo sake uses high-grade Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 39%. It shows concentrated aromas of lychee, guava, mango and white flowers. Fruit-driven on the palate, it is vibrant and fresh with a smooth mouthfeel and fruity finish. Best served chilled.
