Ca’ Del Bosco Dosage Zero Franciacorta Millesimato 2020

This sparkling wine is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. It is called Dosage Zero because the dosage added after disgorging is bone dry. The resulting bubbly is very crisp, dry, toasty and superbly refreshing. It makes an exceptional partner for appetizers or fish and seafood dishes.
