Donnafugata Brut Sparkling 2019

This wine is sourced from the Contessa Entellina Estate and surrounding areas. It’s a lithe, fresh blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with snappy lemon and green apple notes plus a wonderful bready character from the lees ageing. The close introduces a fine seashell minerality.
