JEAN JEAN LE PIVE BRUT ROSÉ SPARKLING

A blend of free-run Grenache Gris, Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Merlot and Syrah juice, this wine is made using the unique Méthode Charmat Provençale. Ninety percent of the wine is vinified traditionally, but 10% is set aside and frozen at -20°C. The frozen portion is reintroduced during the second fermentation. The result is a bright, fresh wine with plentiful red flower and red berry tones.
