LAKEVIEW ROSÉ SPARKLING

This blend of 90% Riesling and 10% Gamay Noir shows good vibrancy and depth. The cool fermentation in stainless steel preserved all the delicate rose petal floral tones. There’s also generous raspberry, strawberry and citrus, with some underpinning dried herbs. A fun, zesty sparkler that will work well at brunch or dinner.
