Louis Bouillot Flashback 1975 Extra Brut Crémant de Bourgogne

This blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Crémant de Bourgogne AOC (est. 1975). The wine spent nearly 100 months in bottle resting on the lees; an extended ageing that imparted a rich aromatic character and a silky texture. It’s complex, graceful and expressive, with pear, apple, caramel, notable cinnamon, mixed spices, vanilla, honey, and delicate wood tones.
