This dry sparkling wine is made using the Traditional Method with Portuguese varietals Cerceal, Malvasia Fina, and Gouvieo. It shows fine bubbles with delicate aromas and flavours of biscuit, brioche, apricots, nectarines and ripe lemons. Enjoy it as an aperitif, or pair it with shellfish, smoked salmon and summer salads.
