Chiarli Castelvetro Lambrusco

Lambrusco is a specialty of Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region, where this lightly sweet and sparkling red accompanies cured meats, rich pasta and flavourful cheeses. Deep purple in colour, with a sweet grapey, black plum, blood orange and spice aroma and flavours. A subtle herbal edge on the finish provides balance.
