Made partially with pinot noir grapes, this pretty in pink prosecco is a must-try. Pours salmon pink, with vibrant citrus notes, honeysuckle, peach, pear, red berry and cherry. It’s medium-bodied and flavourful with an elegant finish. Serve with weekend brunch, grilled salmon, or on its own as an aperitif.
