Megalomaniac Bubblehead Sparkling Rosé

Megalomaniac continues to amp up its game with this traditional method rosé sparkler made from Pinot Noir. Start with the pretty salmon colour, that leads nicely into the enticing nose, with its gentle strawberry and citrus fruit, with lots of toasty, leesy character. The palate is dryish and crisp, driven by the zesty lemony acidity, and fresh to its core. The toasty elements re-emerge on the lengthy, stony finish. Highly recommended. Score – 92.
