Rosso Sparkling

Sparkling reds aren’t something you find every day, unless you live in northern Italy, where Lambrusco is common; or Niagara, where the spirit of experimentation is alive and well. This fragrant blend of Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin has a fine perlage and flavours of sweet balsamic, rhubarb, and dried herbs.
