A rare sparkling wine made in the Traditional Method from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Delicate aromas of cherry fruit on the nose lead to a fruity palate with currants, citrus fruit and fine notes of spice; complimenting the fine bubbles and long-lasting finish. A great match for white meats and grilled seafood.
