Segura Viudas Brut Rose D.O. Cava

A lively, sparkling rosé, made mostly with trepat, a rare red grape, found in north-eastern Spain. This example has strawberry, redcurrant, peach and floral notes. It’s medium-bodied and flavourful, with a crisp finish. A superb option for weekend brunch.
