Westcott Brilliant Sparkling 2020

This bubbly is made in the traditional method of Champagne using the same traditional triumvirate of grape varieties, namely Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Wonderfully complex, it offers layers of delicate brioche, lemon zest, crisp green apple, white flowers and toasted almonds, with a distinctive mineral undercurrent and a long, luxurious finish.
