Aveleda Espumante Bruto Sparklig Whte Wine

This lively fizz is a 50-50 blend of Arinto and Loureiro. Part of the blend is aged in wooden barrels to develop rich toasty notes while the rest undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel. The final result is a vibrant, youthful yet layered bubbly evocative of juicy white fruit and brioche. Pair with mild cheeses, steamed shellfish or sushi.
