The latest bottling of this DOCG Prosecco from Belcanto shows off great gregarious character to offer increased commercial appeal. More sweetness, first as a wild rise out of the bottle and then on the palate in the form of apples and sugary plum. Consistently complex and yet sweeter than some, unabashedly so.
