[Though not the same bottling as reviewed, the quality and characteristics described will be consistent with this lot number and the drinking window for this bottling will extend through 2027.] The NV Prosecco Spumante Brilla! is savory in the glass, displaying fresh bergamot and citrus notes, followed by dusty dried flowers. It races across the palate with a chiseled bead of soothing bubbles and contrasts stimulating acidity against ripe orchard fruits.
