Cave de Lugny Cuvée Millésimée Brut Crémant de Bourgogne 2017

This is an 80:20 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from vines nearing 35 years of age. It shows good vibrancy and richness and, though dry, has a hint of delicate sweetness. Floral and bright, with apple, pear, toast and a gentle nutty character, it will be ideal for seafood appetizers or mains.
