100% Auxerrois. This is an exceptional wine with magnificent floral, yeasty and yellow apple aromatics. It’s fresh and juicy with a fine mousse, a long and concentrated palate, and an energetic, lingering finish. The words ‘delectable’ and ‘riveting’ come to mind.
