de Bernard Millessimato Brut Prosecco 2023

Made from glera grapes with a little verdiso and perera, this is an essentially dry and quite aromatic wine that shows nuanced fruit (some tropical), and a good mousse. The balance of the fruit and bright, clean acid is very good. It’s an excellent choice for drinking on its own or with food. (Tasted February 2024.) (Rod Phillips)
