Flat Rock Twisted Sparkling 2023

The 2023 Twisted Sparkling is an adventurous blend composed of mainly Riesling (86%) with Chardonnay (13%) and a splash of Gewürztraminer (1%). Forged in stainless steel and aged on lees for over a month, it’s fresh, crisp and lively, with suggestions of lemon, fruit tart, and white peach. The winemaker, Andrea Perez Castillo, suggests pairing it with sushi, tempura vegetables, or salty potato chips.
