Produced in commendably large volumes, this is a pan-Western Cape blend that uses grapes from 28 producers in 11 different regions. Pairing Chardonnay with 45% Pinot Noir, it combines appealing pear, citrus and green apple fruit, some toast from 10% reserve wine and 7.5 grams of dosage. Drink date: 2023-2026. Score – 90.
