KEW TRADITION SPARKLING 2021

This single-vineyard blend of 49% Pinot Noir, 23% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Meunier and 6% Pinot Blanc was aged for five years on the lees. It’s a crisp, dynamic expression of excellent bearing, elegance, structure and complexity, with touches of peach, grapefruit, orange citrus, biscuit, brioche, vanilla, and a distinct, characterful mineral note. Pair with fried foods, or pork tenderloin with lemon and capers.
