Kew Tradition Sparkling 2021

This is delightfully toasty sparkling with delicious flavours reminiscent of a glazed croissant, tart au citron, lemon zest, and dried and crisp yellow apples. The palate is refreshing with both bright acidity and a pithy, bitter note that lingers on the long finish. I think this wine should pair well with vegetarian Bibimbap. Tasted April 2026.
