Louis Bouillot Perle Noire VdFrance

Founded in 1877, Louis Bouillot is known for making quality sparkling wine. This bubbly is a pale straw colour with lifted aromas of toast, nuts, butter and a grapefruit note. The palate is extra dry and light to medium-bodied with balanced acidity and flavours of toasted nuts, butter and citrus. Finish is crisp and clean.
