Tawse Spark Limestone Ridge Sparkling Riesling VQA 2020

This is a riesling sparkler from an excellent cool climate site in Twenty Mile Bench. The nose is very lifted as expected from riesling with almost tropical pineapple, honey, light toast and petrol. Quite compelling. It is light to medium bodied, off-dry yet still so brisk and energized. Excellent flavour intensity and length. Tasted Nov. 2023. (David Lawrason,winealign.com)
