Vincent d’Astrée Equinoxe Brut 1er Cru Champagne 2005

Radiant golden yellow. Intense nose of caramel, yellow dried apple, fresh yeasty bread, and some blossom honey. Very fine mousse. Succulent tones with fine acidity and good complexity, nutty notes. A preserved saline citrus and savoury tobacco nuanced reverberation, which persists for a long time. Substantial and at the same time an invigorating style, despite the age. Score – 92.
