Akakies Sparkling Rosé 2021

Akakies Sparkling is made from 100% Xinomavro. Bright cherry in colour with a rich mousse and fine bubbles. On the nose, juicy aromas of strawberry, cherry and vegetal character typical of Xinomavro. On the palate, rich and complex with zesty acidity and the discrete presence of balancing sugars. Finish is long and fruity.
