Lola Nero Sparkling Red VQA

This sparkling red is made with 80% Chambourcin and 20% Pinot Noir grapes. Secondary fermentation using the Charmat method gives this wine light and frothy bubbles with flavours of raspberry, red currant and plum. Plenty of fresh fruit flavours. A good match for grilled pork and vegetables.
