Orange marmalade, lychees, passion fruit, rose, dry hay. Caramelized and spicy. Exuberant. Dense and creamy, sweetness in agreement with the final freshness. Match with egg and sugar cakes, maple, desserts, festive sweets. Also delicious with an ice cube and a lemon zest as aperitif. Serve at 18 °C.
