Cave Spring Select Late Harvest Riesling 2023

An earthy wet slate aroma is surrounded by notes of ripe Anjou pears and lavender. While this late harvest gem might be filled with thick lemon syrup, candied ginger and pineapple flavors, there’s plenty of acidity to keep things from becoming cloying. Score – 93.
