Château Haut-Mayne is the second wine of Château Caillou, one of the Grand Cru Classé estates in Sauternes. Expect a delicate floral nose, with intense flavours of mango, quince, and ginger. Rich and elegant, with generous acidity giving this wine great balance on the palate. Serve chilled paired with crème brûlée.
