This 100% Viognier is sourced from select vineyards and fermented in 50% French oak and 50% acacia barrels of various sizes for 11 months before being lightly fined and filtered. The result is a complex, rich wine with tangerine, orange marmalade, peach, apricot, custard and vanilla. Pair this succulent delight with grilled white fish.
