25 CORBAROL BLANC COTES ROUSSILLON (ST ROCH) 2025

“A blend of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, this wine is pale lemon in the glass, with lime-green reflections. It’s fresh on the palate, with a round mouthfeel, notes of lemon zest and honeysuckle, and hints of baked brioche bun on the finish. Pair with salmon sashimi or mussels. [Concours Général Paris did not include a tasting note.] Score – Gold. (Concours Général Paris, 2026)” (Concours Général Paris,2026)
