Made with the indigenous Tamjanika grape which is a direct relative to Muscat. Floral and herbal notes dominate the bouquet along with notes of minerals. The palate is vibrant with citrus fruit, green apple and elderflower, crisp and refreshing with a juicy finish. Ideal served with almond-crusted fish or chicken.
