From one of Italy’s leading organic and biodynamic producers, this bright, fresh wine has lifted aromatics and finely defined peach, melon, spice and mineral tones. It’s dry and rich, with more weight and textural presence than one might expect from Italian PG thanks to four months spent maturing on the lees in stainless steel. It will drink through 2024+.
