Amato Catarratto 2024

A refreshingly tense and mineral expression of catarratto akin to licking a wet stone. The nose blossoms with botanicals of rosebud, elderflower, bergamot, and orange blossom. Dry with a lick of salt, pleasantly bitter grapefruit, and green melon along with an herbal component involving cilantro, lime zest, mint, and lavender.
