Anatolikos Fine Assyrtiko Organic 2022

Organic Assyrtiko grapes are hand-harvested and undergo fermentation in stainless steel. It is matured for 6 months on fine lees in French oak barrels. Elegant aromas greet the nose with vanilla, butter, citrus fruit, honeycomb, and floral notes. The palate is vibrant and fruity with a well-balanced and persistent finish.
