(Translated from the French): This wine reveals itself to the eye with a beautiful light golden yellow color and golden glints. The nose is both lively and expressive. Minerality and menthol open the first nose, which quickly gives way to exotic aromas reminiscent of passion fruit. The mouth delivers a lively attack, as well as the sweetness perceived in the nose, with a complex fruitiness: citrus fruits, apricot, peach, but also apple. The right balance between acidity and residual sugar preserves the digestibility of this wine, which gives it a persistent finish. Score – Gold. (Vinalies Internationales, 2021)
