This wine comes from vines that are between 150 and 200 years of age. It’s an intriguing, exciting opportunity to experience the rarefied concentration and depth that can only come from such mature vines. Fermented in stainless steel with 25% of the wine aged in French oak for one year, it offers complex lemon and crushed rocks and will age through 2040+.
