The Malagouzia grapes are cold-soaked with skin contact, imparting a light golden hue. The aromas express generous citrus fruit notes with peach, pear, white blossom and a hint of minerality. The palate shows white blossom and citrus fruit with pleasant acidity and a refreshing finish. It pairs well with Moussaka.
