Astrolabe Sauvignon Blanc 2023

A late-bloomer, this opens with lime blossom and citrus leaf before gaining more complexity on the palate. As the fruit expands across the palate, a balancing pithiness comes into play alongside tangy, fresh acidity and even a hint of salinity on the finish.
