Astrolabe Sauvignon Blanc 2024

A late-bloomer, this opens with lime blossom and citrus leaf before gaining more complexity on the palate. As the fruit expands across the palate, a balancing pithiness comes into play alongside tangy, fresh acidity and even a hint of salinity on the finish. Very well-judged and constructed, with lovely balance of herbaceousness with fruit and savouriness. Drink date: 2024-2026. (Stephen Wong, MW,therealreview.com,Sept. 30, 2024)
