Attems Ramato Pinot Grigio 2023

Your eyes do not deceive you; this is in fact a pink Pinot Grigio. Ramato wines are made by leaving the pinkish skins of this Pinot clone to soak with the juice. Striking a balance between a rosé and an orange wine, this 2023 shows flavours of peach and strawberry, with aromas of freshly picked iris and a hint of beeswax. Served slightly chilled.
